🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Hygiene & Safety Notice (Important for Skincare Products)
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed skincare products, including but not limited to sunscreens, face masks, hair masks, serums, and creams. This policy protects both our customers and the integrity of our products, consistent with standard cosmetic industry practice in the UAE.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The request is made within [7–14 days] of receiving your order
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product's seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with
- The product shows signs of use
- The return request is made after the eligibility window has passed
- The product was purchased on final sale/clearance (if applicable)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [insert business email] with:

- A photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation, at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Process

6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item): Jamalia Skin Care covers return shipping costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind (where eligible under Section 2): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the returns process outlined above (subject to eligibility).
Consumer Rights Notice
This policy is designed to align with applicable UAE consumer protection regulations, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, which requires clear disclosure of return, exchange, and refund terms at the time of purchase.
